a decade can never be ten years old, because the instant it turns ten, it ends. and when you were 20, it was not the tenth year of your teenage years, that was when you were nineteen... think back, now.... i think you'll find that when you were 20 (ending in zero) you were in yr twenties.

decade starts at 0 finishes at the end of nine which is the start of ten which the change of that time is and infintisimal nuremic digit of time

oh and rob lets take the example of a baby, a baby is 1 in the second year of its life, just like at the start of a decade.......

jesus, man! how hard is it to see that only a lunatic would believe that their twenties started at 21 and lasted until 30, and that their thirties did not in fact begin until 31 but then had the benefit of lasting until 40.
