I'm not too sure how I feel about Berlin. When I went there for a few days, I felt a little let down, it wasn't all I expected it to be, but now I look back on the place quite findly, and keep thinking I'd like to go back. I think my disappointment with the place was to do with the way that it seems to have chosen to completely obliterate its cold war past, which, for me, was what gave it part of its romance.

London is super.

Just came back from London today for a long weekend with friends, we stayed at a friends house.

I agree with that comment that 3 bad things happen then one amazing thing will make up for it.

Last night (bonfire night) we all went up this big massive hill (It began with a P..Parlem hill or something like that) watching all the fireworks go out. Being there with the love of my life-not that she knows that-and great friends made uo for the horrendous bus journey where I was surrounded by some bloody weirdos.

And i thought that stupid dykes never hang around in Westminster.

i didnt think i would like it but i really enjoyed LA when i was there.

LA is the best, although there really isn't much to do in downtown, you have to travel away from downtown, better yet not go to the downtown area.

I miss the Real World London.....yeah, I suck.

i liked it downtown. it felt quite alive there in some ways but the toy district and 5th was quite scary and night time was pretty much out of it for me.

i enjoyed some of the subburbs and towns to the east. it was nice to see how they looked. you have palm trees!
