there most certainly is... in 2004 i started searching about 30 days in advance and had 2 different offers within about 5 days. this time it's a bigger venue so there are more tickets as well.

what i did was posting on a bunch of UK music/gig/festival sites and also on forums of the biggest bands playing (SY, malkmus, tindersticks...). for this year i'd try SY (duh!), stooges, dinosaur jr and melvins bulletin boards.

also, a simple google search "atp ticket for sale" found a few advertisements here:
