before Tripping Daisy, they were just a local band that would play at the parties we went to ($50 kegs of Shiner Bock meant lots of parties).

it's been about 4 years since I've even bothered to catch the Spree live.

I have to give it to him though, few people can levitate like Tim.

Polyphonic Spree is a terrible name for a band. In fact, most bands that have technical sounding terms in their names ought to change them for the benefit of humanity. Take Stereo Total, for example: not a terrible band per se, but that name gives them an air of instant disposability.
