Three of those with all the right tunings could be a whole set!

How about skinny dicks with distortion pedals playing terrible noise? I've got nothing against some of the better people (whoever they are) but it seems every small local 'weird music' night anywhere lately has to feature someone with the 'classic noise' set-up and it's getting really annoying.

Everyneurotic 07.31.2007 06:47 PM

true.

I remember the Supernaturals (remember them? etc) doing this and the champagne cork whizzing straight onto the forehead of the woman sat in front of me who'd been whinging the duration of their set. Brilliant rock moment for you there, ladies and gentlemen.

Haha, excellent! Oh, The Supernaturals! Another addition to the endless list of Britpop bands that we've started a while ago. I wanna get that book by Pearl from Powder (who's married to that Danny guy from Supergrass), because it seems like entertaining reading.

It is! It is!

(But the musical nonentity autobiography is not to be encouraged.)

sarramkrop 08.01.2007 10:56 AM

Did you read it?

sonicl 08.01.2007 11:16 AM

I flicked through it in the bookshop, and made a mental note to buy it, which I haven't acted upon yet.
