if it has a "line in" you can plug your ipod in from the earphones plug. cheap and effective, but you won't have the chance to fiddle with controls directly from the stereo panel.

isnt the ipod line out not really a line out?
I always thought in kind if fucked some setups like this up because it is optimized for headphones

I just had to buy one of those wireless transmitter things for my iPod. It sucks pretty bad, but it's better than lugging CDs around. Though I still have a ton of them in my car.

I think the "actual" line out is on the dock thing, but using a jack/jack cable plugged into the stereo line in works, I think the "tech issue" could be that the signal is not amplified at the source so the output volume might be low..boh!
nef, do you listen to data-cds with mp3s burned on?

yeah exactly always got issues with my MD player that way, till I found the function of putting it to line out. but it still was a little bit weak
