are you asking for the most common means? as in by people or computer? or are you asking in what way? which would depend on the type of data.. Computers are ultimately man made so the most likely answer to yr question is by human powar.

I'm saying it takes thought to process data into knowledge. Knowledge isn't thought-free. We're getting very far from my original reply. The "subvertive" nature of science isn't the subversion of data but the subversion of the interpretation of data and it is the same way in philosophy. I hate it when people dismiss philosophy as all navel-gazing and not understand that philosophy is very much relevant to practical knowledge in the most everyday sense.

how long has it been since you've spoken to someone irl?

phoenix 09.11.2009 09:29 PM

just as information to process for my knowledge bank.

pbradley 09.11.2009 09:29 PM

Less than a minute ago.

Pretty condescending question, though.

phoenix 09.11.2009 09:33 PM

I try my best.

phoenix 09.11.2009 09:33 PM

I don't dislike you. I just think this type of discussion is so far from what is important in this thread./

pbradley 09.11.2009 09:36 PM

It's unfortunate that what I want to discuss is not what you care to read.

phoenix 09.11.2009 09:37 PM

no worries. :) you'll learn.

I'm sorry was fine, you didn't need to insert any other words.

pbradley 09.11.2009 09:40 PM
