I only smoke pot and do shrooms. Nothing else interests me.
Also, I'm not a dealer. Dealing would be a horrible choice for me to make as I would smoke it all and make no profit. I see too many wanna-be dealers, and they frustrate me.

jon boy 01.09.2007 06:27 PM

good for you emmah. otherwise the board would have collectively packed you off to a convent so as to avoid all temptations.

but really, what is with this display of purchases? a way to exist in the internet for the viewing of others? aren't you simply content with the fact that the cashier took your money and told you to have a nice day? must we prolong the experience ritualistically with this long litany of banalities? exhibitionism and fetishism rolled into a single sad post?

no, really...

Some records and a used record box which I got for one pound. It's one of those 70s/80s type ones with a cheap vinyl covering but I needed something because I was previously using my housemates laptop bag to cart my records around in.

Iain 01.10.2007 07:20 PM

NB: I didn't get the records as well for that one pound, they were extra.

EMMAh 01.10.2007 07:58 PM

Inhuman 01.10.2007 09:30 PM

C'mon Emma, look at it! And you get 2 extra pieces in it too! I think that's quite a better deal than you got on the cigs. You can't say no to it!

last bought: 2 bus tickets

EMMAh 01.10.2007 10:33 PM

My friend used those to quit a couple weeks ago. She did well but she's started smoking again.
When she first started using the patch it made her arm swell up hahaha.

I would rather quit without the patch, as a test of strength.

definitely, those chemicals are crap. cold turkey is the way to go-- whenever you feel a craving, just BREATHE DEEPLY. you'll see.

Sometimes I do the wait five minutes things. It's about 40% effective I'd say, but most of the time I just watch the clock waiting go outside.

Inhuman 01.10.2007 11:19 PM

I never knew what it's like to be addicted, but it sounds horrid. I'll stick to my hand-rolled pipe tobbaco

oh, no, time will just drive you crazy. forget time.

instead, breathe deeply as if you were taking a deep drag from your smoke, only, do it with air.

that will take care of the craving, lessen the anxiety, and deal with the pavlovian conditioning. i believe that some times when we smoke to get calm what we want to do is take a deep breath & we "pervert" it with smoke. if you remove the smoke from the equation you still get the calming breath & the satisfaction of deep oxygen.

i swear, that's how i quit. give it a try. clocks are just crazymakers.

I get very fidgety and irritable. Hahah I was being a snappy little bitch to my math teacher this morning because I didn't get to school in time to have my morning smoke.

That's one thing I liked about Charles Manson's little cult, no time :D
I'll be sure to give this breathing thing a try though :)

EDIT: I keep making typos that make me sound half retarded.
