yeah, a good ramble would undoubtedly do the trick. the problem with rambling though is the ramblers. as could be said for ballroom dancing.

When I go on a ramble I hardly ever see any. I mostly see horse riders, cyclists and joggers.

a solo rambler isn't really the same entity. i trust you don't wear psychedelic wellies and liken every situation in your life to a passage in a Terry Pratchet novel.

No. I basically don't wear any of that hiking clobber that Millets or Blacks sell. Though I've started wearing Helly Hansen Transporter t-shirts because they feature Stay Dry Technology. It rapidly pulls excess heat and moisture away from the skin. It also offers UV protection. The only problem I have with them is the static they produce, which makes them cling to the skin.

My local Blacks may as well have turned into JD Sports, and unless you're prepared to pay for a trusted brand, Millets own-brand stuff just tends to disintegrate after a few outings.

After University I went to a bookstore to buy a book. In the store I noticed that I had forgotten my purse at home.
So I went home by tram, got my purse and wanted to ride back to the store by bicycle but
someone stole the damn thing.
I only had it for 2 month or so.

That is a shame hope you somehow find the bike.

as for me it's been a good day so far....

theft of bicycles. books at the school. disappearing internet people. i got hyper at the bank and went on about a column i read in the village voice yesterday at the customer service counter. read the first sentence of sarah silverman's book at grand central book shop. very funny. you're only as small as your chase.

I almost got run over by a psycho car driver at a pelican crossing. He could see I intended to beat the traffic by nipping across it when the lights turned green. The bastard put his foot down on his accelerator hard, his tyres screeching as he bended into the tight corner where the pelican crossing is situated, literally missing me by inches!
