Aww yeah, up up and up Everton go. Five points behind fifth now! For all the belly aching some people were doing, paying £50 million for Richarlison seems like a solid buy.
|
sunday bayern munich and rb lipstick fight for the top spot and i expect good stuff
saturday i missed leverkusen flipping the tortilla on dortmund and beating them 4-3. gah! |
and today missed a 0-0 so not sorry
|
sssso... west ham was spared a massacre thanks to the god of thunder? that’s gotta mean something in the danelaw...
|
|
Scandalous. However, the push for Everton to finish fifth is on!

As crazy as that would've sounded at the start of the season, it really is. |

wow the prem really truly sucks at VAR
im off to bundesliga to watch haaland continue his insane rampage |
took him 66 minutes but he finally did it
let’s see if more... |
Hard to believe but West Ham just gave Liverpool one of their hardest games of the season so far. They ultimately lost 3-2 but if they can play like that against lesser teams there might actually be a glimmer ... until I remember that that's precisely West Ham's problem, they never do play like that against those teams.
|
wow i spaced out the champions league and now just read bayern beat chelsea 3-0 wtf
i mean... NICE! lolololol — whow i have missed so much. ATM beat liverpool? borusse beat psg? is count orlock still there? leipzig beat spurs? wowowowow i’ve been having massive attention deficit disorder |
![]() So Dutch coach Ron Jans resigned from Cincinnati a couple days ago. His version of the story is that he used the N-word while singing along to a rap song in the dressing room. Which to me seems totally harmless, and to him as well. So let's blame this on cultural differences. Apparently he had made some more "oopsies", read the news papers if you're interested, calling an Ajax player a gorilla, a player from Cincinnati a basketball player, trying to coach the team by making comparisons with slavery (which he did after he visited the museum). Too bad for both sides, he's genuinely a very nice guy, as far as I've known him and he's been coaching in the Dutch competition for a number of years. |
no offense guys and best wishes with your games, but the only interesting prem match this weekend seems to be spurs-wolves.
if i’m glossing over some hidden gem please let me know. |
Day has been absolutely made that Liverpool won't get the invincibles season.
Yes I am petty, MOTHERRRR |
wat(ford)
missed out on the big surprise makes me a little sad tbh |
oh damn missed also the... wolves beating spurs game!
had a hectic sunday. one fucking thing after another. bigger fish to fry i guess |

So you also missed Jose claiming Spurs lost cos they're too nice. 1st time you'll have ever heard that said about a Mourinho team. Slightly sad Liverpool lost, just cos it means Arsenal fans at work can keep banging on about their invincibles record. |
And Preston fans ;)

Hmm, I never knew that. Something I'll mention next time I'm at work ... once this strike is over |
damn h8kurdt just read you got a spanking, sorry to hear, glad i didn’t witness
|
It was grim. I saw the first two goals and thought "well might as well switch off now cos it ain't gonna get any better on that start". There's gotta be a massive clear out in the summer. Too many players stealing a living at Everton atm.
|
Just watching the Leipzig-Spurs game. My god, Spurs are an absolute mess to watch.

One of the few positives in this overall mess of a season. |

— and of course i missed it. i’ve been gradually disconnecting from football this year not even sorry for some reason  |
You haven't missed much. Liverpool are running away with the title and some unfancied teams like Sheff Utd are doing well but nothing to really get excited about. VAR has been a disaster and really taken a lot of the excitement out of watching games.
|
prem var is the worst var but it’s not just that
i think the post-christmas slump broke the habit and now i’m finding it hard to reconnect |
Liverpool go out of Champions League 2-3 (4-2 agg.) to Atletico.
Crazy game. Liverpool dominated for the whole of normal time before conceding 3 goals in extra time. |

Crazy game indeed, Liverpool should have had it wrapped up, but Atletico have some steel about them to come back from 2 down. Shocking defending from Liverpool in extra time. ON the other hand, there's some rumours floating about that the European competitions might get cancelled or suspended. A couple of tonight's games are suspended, more are being played behind closed doors. It might become difficult to see out the season at this rate. La Liga suspended for "at least two weeks" now as well. Could Liverpool be denied their first title in 30 years? I'm sure h8kurdt is an Everton fan so maybe that sounds good to him haha. |
Three players at an unknown team have been confirmed for having the old coronavirus. It's suspected to be Arsenal. Yet given that the FA won't suspend the season. Money talks, bullshit walks, right?
And would I be happy if it denied Liverpool the league? I mean I can't say I'm THAT petty... |
forget all this for a moment, if this all happens, suspension of everything, we have a mega-recession otw and bigger worries than fußball

The FA has its head in the sand over this. The government needs to stop all domestic games although It'll probably take UEFA or even FIFA to step in and make a blanket decision re. cross-national tournaments. I can certainly see the African Cup of Nations going to the wall this year. |
As a Brentford fan - we have a new stadium to move into next season... Griffin Park is officially not a football stadium after the end of the season!
|
Don't know how you as a fan feel about it but I always find it sad when any club that's identified with a particular ground ends up moving away. I only hope things work out better for Brentford with their move than they have for West Ham.

The move has been years in the making and it's a sustainable move. I feel for fans of Charlton, Blackpool, Coventry etc who have had absolute cowboys running their clubs, Brentford are a great example of good ownership. I took my mum to Griffin Park a couple of weeks ago, it's still a lovely place to watch football. Proper fans as well, not like going to watch F*lham :) |
En esta situación actual de pandemia de coronavirus, todos los juegos de campo deben ser prohibidos por el gobierno. disfrutemos el tiempo jugando juegos en línea como fifa20: D
|
Hey since when do we have Spanish speaking spambots her?
But anyway, German competition will be resumed later this month! Albeit without audience. |
I can see the same thing happening in England. Team owners are already up in arms about whether clubs can/should still be relegated or promoted based on current points, if the season isn't played out, given the financial implications (positive or negative) for those involved. But even if they do settle that particular issue by playing behind closed doors (and assuming players themselves will be prepared to even play) they then face the very strong likelihood that social distancing regulations will stretch into next season.
