Nah, I/we need to sell this house. Funny thing is, this is forcing me to do what I want anyway. (Bear (bare?) with me here.) Every single fucking hotel room I ever went to, I look around and plan how I would rearrange things, and how I would enjoy living in such a place. I'm sure that I will move into a new condo. After many years of the nice house with lawn and garage and heat pump that needs fixing every 4 months, I have come to the conclusion that fucking condos are what I want anyway. Fuck lawns. Fuck roofs. Fuck crawlspaces. Just give me a modern, bright, 2 beds 2 baths in a condo, and I will be fucking thrilled. My current house can sell for 600G+. Some condos I recently looked at and loved are low 300G. Houses with lawns and garages and whateverthefuck are VASTLY OVER-RATED.
