people liked a lot that painting of that english bar.
my mother still loves landscapes i had done 10 years ago.

anyhoo my model still hasnt arranged a time to do a correct photoshoot.
Plips was soo right about measurements and ankle the photo i was working with, had been taken..
wanna do a series like this with her and/or other faces AND with statues.

speaking of models i talked to this woman yesterday who has a drawing group

every week they get together and they have a nude model and they sit around & draw

a group! that is the that is the that.

i do like the starting states of those drawings

i love them, the new charcoals! they remind me a little bit (the angle of the face, a bit of the nose, and the lines) of this painting in the cover of an old satie cd i have

cd is in storage so i can't tell who painted it right now-- a frenchie, i'm sure (could it be toulouse-lautrec?)

im pretty pleased with the previous one - this is turning out ok too.
so i m sticking to the plan.

Thanks man. I've attempted some animations for a band I'm not sure people on here are familiar with apart from Nefeli and T&B. It got rejected, politely, because apparently the inclusion of some extreme left wing footage wasn't to the taste of the band, who are not interested in politics. I haven't attempted animation ever since, not because of the band, simply not enough time.

working in parallel - wish me luck- portrait started last night- thinking about starting a 4th as well- been cancelling old works, fitting new canvases on the frames to make new ones- need also to find the courage to try again an abstract on canvas.
