Last night was coo. Got back from work....pick up some shrooms...and chilled at my house.

Yesterday:
-final for Christianity in Late Antiquity
-half-priced Sushi. 3 rolls (Philly, Eels, and Shrimp Tempura) all for $12.50
-saw Flogging Molly
-watched 1st half of Return of the King, the extended cut
-cuddle timez
-slept until 2pm today

jesus, sushi is really expensive in the us.

Plenty of Japanese, just we are gouged on sushi prices. The 'nice' sushi place in the city prices are $8 for Philly and $16 for Fantasy rolls. Though, I must say, the place with daily half-price hours is a killer deal. 3 rolls (8 pieces per roll) for $12.50 is a steal. Between 2 people that's cheaper than the average fast-food meal.

here its cheap as chips and everywhere.

today i was very hungover from playing a show last night then going to another afterwards. spent the day wandering around in the sun which was nice. going out for dinner, Buddhist vegan food. tastes much better than it sounds.

are those maggots? bit disturbing.
i prefer teeth.

been working for 12 hs nonstop.
can't see a day off anytime soon.

It was my day off because I chose to not attend work. It was alright. Slept all day. Smoked pot. Watching some pirated Star Trek dvds right now. Productive.

my day has been optimistically shitty. My grandpopz is dying, numerous tumors.. he is sharp as a tack (at the moment) and I have realistic but high spirits, however the family is taking it a bit more harshly (well, sort of also at the moment they are doing relatively well)..

my grandpopz is closer to me than most of my family, I will miss him terribly when he is gone..I pray it is not too soon, and that he keeps his wits for the meantime :(
