You probably have a much bigger professional "network" than you realize. be careful about doing anything on company time from this point forward. Document EVERYTHING and get it IN WRITING. The passive aggressive thing is not healthy for you over time. Talk to your customers and see if they have opportunities. If you're as good as you seem, they might want you there. Talk to competitors. You have an abusive boss. DOCUMENT and WITNESS. There are good labor lawyers but sadly standing up for your rights in this country can backfire on you. And seriously consider stopping smoking!
