You are all children. 41. But I get carded for near beer. The secret to youth is to listen to Sonic Youth.

Actually I think the key is exercise and diet.

Seriously? People ID you?
Nice :D But,I guess it would get annoying. |

Constantly, though a bit less in the past few years. It was annoying when I was 25. Amusing when I was 35. At this point, it's just a compliment, except that it doesn't do anything for the aches my body feels which are pretty much on schedule. |
Speaking of which, can anybody recommend an exercise routine?
I have one but I think it takes too much time. Here's what I do, 5-7 days a week. For an hour in the morning, the S.O. and I exercise to Gilad's aerobics and body sculpting shows. (He's really good, the only fitness instructor on TV I can stand). After S.O. goes to work, about an hour later, I run in place for 20 minutes in combination with some hand weight exercises. I follow this with 30-40 situps and 40-50 pushups. It's a good routine but like I say, it takes up some time. A good 90 minutes of the morning. I also walk about 3 miles a day with the dogs. Suggestions very welcome. |
Sounds to me like you're doing pretty good. I'm no exercise guru though ahaha.
