The crisps now contain 30% less sat fat. If they reduce the sat fat even further, it could mean a matter of life or death for the poor sods traipsing around a snow covered forest relying on it's sat fat levels to survive the cold!

I don't see what's so unhealthy about beans on toast.

i didn't mean it was unhealthy.

it's just so inventive, colourful and appealing.

it has all the nutrients you'd want from a meal. the fact that it looks pretty much the same going in and out means something.

I have heard of creamed chipped beef on toast, or shit on a shingle, but beans on toast?

beans on toast is fine when you're short on time and just want something tyo keep you going. And with cheese grated on top and a dash of worcestershire sauce, you're edging towards something quite nice indeed.
