The cuts are not that bad looking at them now.It felt worse the next day.Thinking back i could have hurt myself in a bad way.Toilet what were those two guys going on about? The brief conversation i've had with the long haired one has totally left my mind.

What exactly did happen to your hand, pork? How did you end up slicing it?
And those who actually witnessed Circle, what kind of show did they play? Was it more song based, i.e. more of a rocker thing, or were they just drony and repetitive krautrock and kept on going like that through the set? (which is what their live LPs usually are like) |
A little incident.I remember saying to Toilet 'I'm going to get a drink' turning round and tripping on the step of the projection room's entrance. As i was clutching a pint glass you can imagine the rest.Thankfully it's nothing serious.

Jesus fuck...
Replacing pint glasses with these at pubs wouldn't be such a bad idea, would it? ![]() |
Erm....yes,but they should also fill them with sunny delight rather than beer.

that guy who came over and asked us if we knew circle personally, and then told us he'd put out a record with them, and then said he hadn't, and his mate? he asked me if i liked the klf, and i said not really, and then he asked me if i thought it was cool when bill drummond burned a million quid, i said no, he said thought it was "a great statement", i said it was rubbish, and then he asked me what i thought of capitalism, so i said "why don't you go and ask someone else what they think about?", and then he left. |

That sounds not bad at all to me. |
it was good, but not as good as the last time i saw them, it seemed more like they were joking around this time rather then just focusing on being awesome, like last time.

I see what you mean, people often seem to approach their "tongue in cheek metal shtick" in rather divided ways. It's usually Rättö's voice that rubs people the wrong way. That's kind of a hit or miss thing and I do understand why many like their early Loop -esque krautrock better. Personally, I was quite prejudiced towards that side of theirs untill I heard bits off Sunrise and Tulikoira and found myself liking them both. Now I just need to buy them. |

yeah, i know they run the foundry. anyway, i kind of like getting into conversations with bell-ends as it can be entertaining listening to and then making fun of their stupid opinions.
|
Same here.i just didn't have the time or the patience to follow his ramblings.Live audiences appal me for the most part. Those two Oasis fans i was talking to were funny though.
