That's just a house centipede. I didn't know about them til we moved, and we only moved about 30 minutes away, so it must be cause the house is older or...something. Apparently they're really common. The first time I saw one I had no idea what it was, though.

They're poisonous, but that size I don't think can do much. It's these fuckers you have to look out for.
