well i came into some money, not literaly! recently and i want to invest it instead of just blowing it all on something stupid.

i cant afford to buy at the moment, unless its an absolute hovel of a place so its going to be reneted if i do do it. at least at first. very basic. a few drinks and bands and art on the walls. nothing flashy.
