A De Sade biography. And I'm very happy to read regularly again. In the past 10 months I only managed it to read one book. The next one either will be a book by Thomas Lehr, by Jose Saramago or a David Lynch biography.

The Crucible - Arthur Miller...

Milan Kundera- L'immortalite (sp?)

awesome author.

A slightly crappy biography about Nureyev's later years (written by a former stage manager) leading up to his death from AIDS in 1993.. 'Enduring Love' by Ian McEwan (because I watched the film the otehr night).. 'The Truce' by Primo Levi (because I've been reading it since January and haven't properly finished it yet).. and 'I'm With the Band' by Pamela Des Barres (new edition).

(The first and the last, the ballet and groupie memoirs, are both from the library.)

I feel strange saying it, but John Proctor is the first and only literary character that I'd have sex with.

Im not to sure if that would work out well, he's definately a leftist, saving the witch's and everything but i dont think his dick curves to the left, if you know what I mean, winkity-wink, nudge nudge.

you have a better shot with Brick. [Ref. Cat on a Hot Tin Roof]

Alex's Trip 06.09.2007 12:55 PM

Unfortunately, it is so.

white diamonds + engine coolant + cum

speaking of Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, I just started reading Ballard's Crash and now all I want to do is swerve my car into Elizabeth Taylor.

I finished reading Crash. I'll never be able to drive normally again, especially with a stick shift.

I also finished Murakami's new book After Dark. It was ok, but I definately do not see any similarity between him and Kafka. It wasnt a Kafka-esque like high at all. He didnt make me feel like a bug.

I'm nearing the end of V. by Thomas Pynchon. That guy is crazy and I love it.
