There's something I really like about that first one Nicfit. I would hang that on my wall for sure.

I feel like I'm in a non-creative slump

Those are wonderful, nicfit. I especially like the second.

It took me like five seconds to figure out what the second one was.

that boggles the mind
nice job, melly |
Merci beaucoup, Miss C. We were driving towards El Chalten, and we hit this bit of highway. After a couple of minutes, we asked our driver to stop, took piccies and just took in the scene. The big mountain on the right is Mount Fitz Roy, which we climbed up to see a couple of days after this pic.
|
that's really crazy
it's so big and expansive |
It blows the mind, eh? That's one of the (many) things I love about nature and the environment - you experience stuff like this and all the bullshit of "real" life just GOES. If you were there, you'd really be blown away by the beauty of it all.
And talking of beauty, here's a pic for you of Mount Fitz Roy itself: ![]() |
jesus.
|
Gorgeous eh? Well worth the 4 hour arse-knackering trek to see that. It was cold as fuck, windy, but soooo beautiful. It was a massivly cloudy day, and 20 minutes before we got to the summit of our trek, the clouds broke and we go to see Fitz Roy totally exposed.
I take it that you've taken many a pic on your European tour so far - hope you've managed to get some great ones on the way. |
most of the pictures i've taken are just retarded polaroid snapshots but i got some cool ones in amsterdam that might be in this thread (if they're not they're in "post yr. art or die")
|
I'll have a look for those presently. I've got old pictures of me in Amsterdam on my 21st birthday that I need to scan at some point. Some good pics of pretty Amsterdam houses and canals, plus a few of me looking shockingly hungover on my actual birthday, heh heh.

Have just sorted out a bunch of pics I took on a trip to New Zealand in Jan 2005, and here's one or two for you all:

good pics Melly

Thanks, greedrex. I particularly like the Ruhapehu one, as it brings back memories of climbing it.
