Well... if it weren't so sunbleached, it'd be black. It's just really thick and dark.
How much does this dye shit usually cost, do you know?
And do I just use regular bleach or special kind?
I've never dyed my hair before so I don't know this kinda stuff

I know. I broke rule #1 and shopped hungry and came back with a 32oz iceee, 2 packs of strawberry sugar wafers, one box of honey graham crackers (wtf? not even cinnamon) and a bag of cherry jelly beans.

i used bleach over permanent red hair dye (the hardest shit to get out of your hair ever) to dye it hot pink

however. hot pink and turquoise are two different things. if it's yellow/orange you can still dye it pink. if it's yellow and you try and dye it turquoise it will turn green or god knows what colour. my advice would be not to do it.
