thanks for info.
don't like that record day, I mean idea of it is nice, but it's all very limited number of copies and it's very hard to get one if you're not among the first people in the shop (+if somebody from the shop keep some copies from that limited numb.) last year I was on early shift, got to town around 2pm and it was too late, all copies were gone, got back home, find out kungfu shop has some online and managed grab one of them 7" online on. the second was already sold out. |
Yeah, it's probably more like eBay screw-over day for a lot of people.

sucks that EVOL is going to have 'bubblegum" tacked on. looks like i'll just have to shell out some extra for an original. |

Yes, looks like i'm finally getting Confusion on vinyl then! thanks pokkeherrie |
very cool that 'slow revolution' will be available on vinyl but i agree with the common sentiments re: record store day and its inherent nature of creating almost impossible to find 'limited items'...

few other releases mentioned here:

Why did no-one choose "Shoot"?
|
There is no way to prevent people from re-selling these items even if the bands and labels go to extra circumstances to do so. I mean it is not like the only thing left that is sacred left to some people.
If they make .mp3 versions than it will reduce the value. |
Nice post

^ so much for the "one-day only" release. Seems to be no shortage of copies of the pink Evol & white Confusion too, for a hell of a lot less than they were going for on eBay.
