newspeak is biologically and neurologically impossible. there is no such thing as newspeak in real life.

therefore there are no "shoulds". people determine language, period.

I disagree for this reason:

It works both ways and what can expressed in one language may not be able to be expressed in the same way or at all in another.

I'm ignorant anyway, never read an Wittgenstein, just happen to know that quote and have very vague idea of what were his ideas. Never read any Chomsky either.
