I've been on huge cooking kick for the past few weeks. It is an immense stress reliever sometimes. Last week I made vegan pineapple/walnut/carrot/cinnamon/ginger muffins that were ballin' and I'm in the process of drying my own fruit right now for inclusion in a granola mix I'm planning out.
