Fish n chips beating out a one pound burrito? Hardly.
|
sorry but it does. i may be in san francisco in a few months so will quite gladly take a pepsi challenge with that.
|
I grew up near the Mexican heavy Santa Ana so I'm more than likely biased. But there are few pleasures in life that I can think of other than an authentic burrito with carne asada, avocado, brown rice, salsa, sour cream, and lettuce. Oh, and cheese of course.

Camembert, especially with a freshly baked baguette. Yum.
|
i ate a whole block of cheddar cheese today.

You'll probably be fine. I've eaten an equal amount to that throughout the day on multiple occasions and never had a problem. |
The turkey sandwich I am eating at this moment is lacking cheese.
|
Cheese on a sandwich is a must.
|
I was intimidated by the deli dude. Sandwich was good, nevertheless. Saved by the avocado.
|
I had some gorgeous, really spunky smelling Camembert at a restaurant last night.
And I still think Babybel tastes like rubber. The kids love it though (my kids I mean, not "the kids"). |
cheese...
cant beat cheddar except for camenbert and brie cheese melted in a toasted samdwich on on top of a kick ass burger...mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm |

I have some Gorgonzola that was in my fridge for 25 minutes before one of my housemates took umbrage. The cheese, however, stays.
[bump] |
on saturday i went to a party where there where a lot of apetizers but no real 'food' the most appealing being cheese of which i ate lots. ten beers and far too much cheese later i tried to get to sleep. since then i have had the strangest dreams i have ever had and continue to keep having them every night.

Never heard of any cheese in the list, except Gouda which is hard and hardly smell or taste anything.
I like soft, smelly french cheese: brie, camembert, reblochon, roquefort, vacherin (this one is liquid)... |
i like virtually all cheese apart from mild types which there seems no point in whatsoever, even those processed slices are better than that and mozarella which to me has no taste and is kinda dissapointing.
|
I'm all for analog cheese
but it's your choice ![]() vs. ![]() |
MMMMMMM. Brain Cheese. MMMMMMM.

You put feta in your gyros? I always put a yogurt or sour cream sauce. |
i was going to mention feta but thought it would have already been covered because of its sheer brilliance. i like the little jars with feta in oil, go well with tomatoes and cucumber salads.
|
Cheese makes me happy.
|
Havarti is awesome by the way
I'm also into smoked gouda, brie, havarti, cheddar, jack, pepper jack, mozzarella, quesa fresca, parmesan, romano, parrano, babybel, swiss, muenster, feta, and some other ones whose names elude me at the moment. I had a very good french smoked cheese once that started with an R. It was similar to smoked gouda. |
