are you kidding? letting the indie store clerks determine what is good or not? shit.
hope you are sarcastic! |
That reminds me of that "if it isn't topping the charts, then it is probably shit" mentality.

I have only heard it once, yet, but I'm liking it. Some really nice J. solos!

It's trust in the "invisble hand" of capitalism versus the opinion of some local independent store employees. |
I still dont like Lous songs so much. Well, I do to a point, but there's something about them thats not.... i dont know
|
yeah, they don't seem to fit with the atmosphere... too Sebadoh-ish
I guess that's the price for not writing for Dino since 1987. |
I like Lou's songs. Lightning bulb is probably my second favorite song on the album.

His voice is different. But he copywrited his songs(!) on the record. The trust is lost. |

I picked this cd up yesterday, I couldn't help but be slightly skeptical about the two songs they had up on the dinosaur myspace page, but I found the album as a whole was really good. Lou's songs are great, I picked up on the serperate copyrights too, maybe it's because he made them as ideas for songs before they started the album or something. Well why not I suppose, he's got his own label and stuff, I believe he had seperate copyrights for his songs on their first album too. |
lou always has had separate copyrights for his songs.
Loobiecore music been around. big deal., most bands have separate copyrights for their songs. |
Yeah, its no big deal at all, I was just explaining to king buzzo, though I think he was joking. Who cares, if it was me, I wouldn't bother about seperate copyrights though.

Lous songs are brilliant!
|
Lou's songs are prob my favorite on the album
