Gah, i miss that guy. We were fairly close. We'd pm all the time and were friends on every social media available at the time. He was always super supportive of me making videos and stuff. I learned a lot from him creatively and will always treasure my copy of Me Myself and My Third Eye

Now that i think about it, the board did sorta dissipate when he passed. It's odd to think about, but true. There's a reason dude became a legend here. he was essentially the 'heart' of the forum

Adam was early 20's when I was heavily active here. I think emmah was about my age... that was Hayden's friend - right? I was 17 when I joined. 27 now. Derek was younger than me... he might've been the 14 y.o. I don't remember n'ik's age, just the absolute terror he would ensue on everyone here. But yeah, I love seeing new blood here (whatup choc eclaire). Half the reason I kept leaving was because the board felt so dead. I know for dudes like Noise, it's the same issue.

I still wonder where some members went: Derek, knox, floatingslowly, porky, etc. Hell, looks like even SuchFriends and Dead-Air eventually took off - they were SYG staples.

It all feels like a fever dream now.

know still be makin' music with Hangin' Freud. floslo is on insta...so...that's nice.

These SYG friendships didn’t occur over the first couple of days, they were built over time......if you stick with it, the same should happen for you!

Tbh, the biggest change has the been the ratio of females to guys. Used to be it was a decent ratio from truncated, Jenn, cantankerous, emmah, etc. Etc. Then god knows what happened
