Well, apparently certain sick fucks (that are not me) go around to public restrooms across their general area of residence. They intentionally clog toilets with paper and other things in such a manner that they are not obviously clogged to the naked eye, that way when they are next used they will not flush. They make a map of the toilets across the city that they have clogged. And, after an interval of time, they use their map and return to all of these toilets and 'harvest' the crop that has been left. That crop being doodies.

And that, my dear internet, is 'farming.'
