Anyway... back to your thread. :)

You sound like the part of me that I hate. It's such a pessimistic idea that the best part of you life has happened or the best person you'll ever date you just broke up with.

I do believe that if it's just a sex thing it can totally work more often than a relationship hunt, though.

By looks being important on my other post I didn't mean that one has to be necessarily good looking in a conventional way, that is something subjective to the physical requirements the person who's trying to get off with someone online demands, and those requirements vary from person to person.

The amount of information or reality youre getting from someone depends on how much effort you're both putting it.

Everything you've said I agree with. Looks are totally important, in a completely individual way. ood looks that appeal to a broad population mean nothing if they don't appeal to the person you're interested in.

Yeah, it's a pessimistic idea, but it's totally true. I'm not saying it'll always be like that, but nostalgia just... I dunno... I can't completely move on, ever, the nostalgia drives me insane. Some people are okay with constantly ending relationships, moving around, saying goodbye to everyone... not me!

as long as you dont intend to keep the relationship that way then there is nothing wrong with it. I think most people are over the whole 'meeting people on the internet is weird' thing.

I found the first 'match' I consider to be interesting. But he is younger than me and possibly too smart for me.

his can't live without's are much better.

There should be a good music dating site.

Deal breakers for me include: Dave Mathews, Creed, and Korn.

If I had never met anyone I'd made friends with on the internet, I'd hate you so much for posting that.
