I did not know Fred. Just John and Wess. John was REALLY nice and kind of quiet. He was a grade or 2 ahead of me. I thought he was talented. Thats probably why i liked him he had a girlfriend in those days though. Wess seemed very egotistical to me. Don't like that. This was at Douglas Anderson School of the Arts. It was cool having the chance to go there cause I met a few people who have actuially made it these days and from this town.

Its hard to belive zach from rage was in a band with guys who are now in 108 i say that because rage suck!

Well Wes is always wearing ridiculous make-up and get ups so I guess his egotistical edge seeped into the band's aesthetic. Heheheh.

Ithought he was a retard. it still seems so wierd that John is in that band I never really knew. I was never into Nu metal just regular old 80's metal.Now seeing his face snaps me back He looks alot different than then. But it was almost 2 decades ago I am getting old.

Super low drop riffing, crazy noises in lieu of guitar solos, sometimes rap-ish vocals...I guess they're OK, but to me they'd be better if they could get out of the key of B flat/A sharp...

I'd say glam rock or whatever is the worst genre of music ever, so you're in luck we just have opposite tastes.

system of a down is the only "nu metal" band i could ever tolerate, im actually a big fan. but from what ive heard of every other nu metal band, i got bored of most of it. linkin park.. limp bizkit.. papa roach, etc. bored/bore the hell out of me. i'll give credit to korn though, they arent so bad, i found them really interesting in the early 2000's but it just isn't my thing.

glam rock? that can be anything from the new york dolls or roxy music to guns n roses and motley crue? all those bands rule.

I'm not a fan of any band you listed there.

I been wantin to start a coalition to go around to all these tight pant wearing youth on the street and supply them with some baggy pants, 90s era, right there and then on the street. I mean we don't have to necessarily go to the rave in the JNCO, but at least some baggy 501s? I used to scoff at my mom when she clowned our baggy jeans regailing us with stories of dudes in her high school pulling up their zipper with plyers...
we never thought it would honestly swing back! you can't even buy regular jeans anymore, you have to get em in the cut.
