I've been considering an English major, or did I already say that? I don't want to give up on writing though, or film. I met a girl today named Becky (which is very odd since it's mine as well) who is planning on a double major in English and History. I don't know what to think of her yet. She always wants to talk about "indie" movies and "indie" music and I just want her to "indie" shut up about it sometimes. Other than that, and her excessive use of the word "random," she is okay, I guess. I had an all right time talking to her about other things, but I really liked her friend Felipe more. We have more in common it seems, what with the interest in similar movies and that sort of thing. He's taking a lot of communications and media classes and wants to be a screenwriter, which I can relate to. The three of us hung out most of today, and plan on doing it again tomorrow. Today was probably the most enjoyable day I've had at Loyola so far, though I'm still not at ease with most things. And it's 3 a.m. and there are people down on the street, yelling, and I just want to go to bed.

You'll get used to it and it seems like you have found some people you have some stuff in common with already.

Yep, the campus is right on the edge of Lake Michigan.

I just started my graphic design studies two weeks ago. I'm one of the youngest in my class and I'm turning 21 in dec. It's strange, but nevertheless I've already managed to meet some people, of which I did not know anyone before, and hung around with them.
Lots of alcohol has been consumed during these two weeks.

No, my exam results lacked the 1,5 points that would've gotten me in. This is the school I was already accepted in last year (when I also had to go through quite a set of exams).

There's this new students welcoming party next tuesday and one € pints. Jesus, they're promoting drinking!
