Another one in about 2 hours. I'm concentrating.

I's my little ritual. I have these little things that I need to do before i feel completely confident. Going here and talking about that is one of them.

I did good. I am satisfied and so was the client. Good job.

More terrifying that being raped?

What if you gave a big presentation, and then the audience raped you? All of them, angry and full of rape, while you're helpless to resist, or even advance the slide to the next pie-graph showing trending sales of widgets?

This happens in some countries; countries like yours.

it's much more difficult.
when i twiddle knobs, i don't have to say anything. i just stand there and play music.
but as soon as i'm expected to talk in front of more than 5 people, it all goes to shit, basically, i get all anxious etc.
I've just learnt how to live with that.

congrats. keep practicing until it's nothing.

I've been doing that for past 5 years and this has been one of my ways of dealing with the situation - writing here shortly before and shortly after the crucial moment. it helps.

I have another major one in about 3 hours.
This time completely in English, in front of international clients.
I'm not even nervous yet. But I think I will be. Cross your fingers for me please, as always.
