Haha none taken. That's the whole point. It's an intense picture and not your usual, but we (drawer and I) like it so we figure someone else might. We've sold a few already, so we'll see how it goes from here. At the moment it's early days and we're still feeling things out. If you guys are interested here's some more of his drawings https://www.facebook.com/nashdrawsil.../photos_stream |

Hmm, you've raised some good points. I'll talk it over with the other one. Thanks for the tips guys. Always needed. |
![]() Anyone heard this yet? Just giving this a whirl now and so far, so pretty good. Let's see how it holds up for the rest of the album. |

Is Drake what passes for good in hiphop these days?

if he's still got a few good songs on his vault, then he needs to put them on Carter 5, release it then call it a day. |

If that's case I'm going back to bed. Which is to say it sounds like garbage to me. |

That's because we're old enough to remember when it was good. |

I honestly do not see why people love him. His voice grates me to the point where I find it nigh on un-listenable. |
His voice is grating, indeed, but that wouldn't matter as much if actually rhymed properly or had some lyrics worth hearing. I mean B Real and the Beastie Boys, El-P, Eminem & Thirstin Howl III could probably all be said to be grating but they're all actually good rappers so it doesn't matter.

Drake's voice is very accessible, i mean he wouldn't be the hottest rapper today if it wasn't. this guy started as a fucking child actor, people used to see him as a cornball, he HAD TO be an incredible rapper to get to where he is now, but whatever.

http://www.worldstarhiphop.com/video...9hsNJamITkeq43 - Drake doing "Too Much" on Fallon (starts around the 05:30 mark). such an emotional song with great lyrics and simply A1 technical rapping. honestly one of the best performances i've seen from a rapper.

Degrassi rap |
This is my general gripe with rappers these days, they say something in a loose slack jawed or gruff way (probably about their possessions, be that cars/money/women/drugs/clothes*), they repeat it, they repeat it again, they repeat it again, they leave a gap, they repeat half of it and then sing the end bit, they say about three words that don't rhyme and don't scan, they leave a gap, they say the first thing again...etc. Over a beat with a skittery/ticky drum pattern that sounds a bit like somebody winding up an egg timer.

LOL.

Dude, Ma$e was the biggest hottest rapper for a while and his voice and rhyming were awful, all I get from what you say here is that Drake is the Selena Gomez of rap. |
