I can't hide, no
On the mantle
I'm not sad
Until I'm home

It's the season
I'm all reason
I have seen
All I have grown

Sheared at the seams
Cheat on me
And not seen
At the seams

I'm a lender
I'm a planter
I put something
In the garden

In the handle
On the mantle
I met Santa
I met God

I'm a lady
Can you save me?
It's the sulfur
I have grown

'Tis the season
I'm all reason
I have fleas
So run on home

I'd have kicked her in the face after the first punch....

Cmon now Phoenix what are you trying to get Bytor in trouble asking his wife's age? If he types it in she's bound to find out and kick his ass cause it ain't our business how old she is...

Didn't realise we were still living in 1939 and women were still in denial of their human years. Are you his wife? No? Then what are you whining for?

my grandma is about 86? and i'm nearly 39. i think my mom had me when she was 25. i had jake when i was 25 too.

phoenix 03.15.2010 06:33 PM

i just really never know what age peoples grandparents are likely to be.. my gran had my dad quite young(18 or so) but he had me when he was quite a bit older.. And my dad is almost ten years younger than my mother. Then the same with my nan on my mothers side and my mother..
I've no idea about regular ages..

floatingslowly 03.15.2010 06:37 PM

everyone of my grandparents except for my father's mother is dead.

I was closest to my mom's mom as my dad wasn't around until I was two.

she died pretty horribly.

phoenix 03.15.2010 06:44 PM

whut happened? : o

My grandfather and poppa are both passed.. I know my nan on my mothers side is still alive, not sure about on my dad's.. I've not spoken so much to any of them in ten yrs.

girlgun 03.15.2010 06:58 PM

My nan lives a three hour flight away. I really don't understand why my mother doesn't move her closer. :(

girlgun 03.15.2010 07:10 PM

I am sort of glad my grandparents passed away when I was young so I couldn't forge an attachment to them. Not that I'm saying I'm glad they died, of course I don't mean that.

I think I walked behind knox in town today! I recognised her hair immediately. She was wearing a long black coat, dark coloured skirt and black, high heeled boots. She was with a guy who was carrying one of those man bags that are popular with metrosexuals. She slightly glanced behind her at one point. We parted ways when she and her metrosexual friend turned at the corner of the pavement we were walking on towards the industrial estate. I carried on walking straight ahead, intrigued over whether it was knox or not.
