Then oasis fans and present day razorlight fans, I dont know why
|
oh this needs to be said
NIRVANA |
the only gig i've ever been to where the crowd really pissed me off and it's stuck in my mind was a sunn o))) gig. and then there was one really annoying prick in the crowd when i saw kool keith, and then that prick from the wire who turned up to heckle haino, but he wasn't a fan. also the first time i saw low and i couldn't actually hear the music, despite being near the front, because of all the chatter, but again, i'd hardly call those people fans.

where do ravers fit?...people who live to go to raves, drop a ton of acid, then spend the weekdays trying to tell you how enlightning and out of this world it is.
basically, just like burnt out hippies. |
Quote:
you're OH so RIGHTEOUS. :D |
Quote:
this is interesting, why were you pissed? |
Quote:
Kreator themeselves are cool dudes. |
Quote:
the sisters of mercy rule you. |
Come on, you guys, it is so wrong to generalize like this.
Nirvana rules, by the way. |

Well, exactly. A fan of a band or someone who is really into music would most certainly not behave like such prats. Those idiots aren't fans, they are individuals who should be removed from gigs altogether. |

paul: yeah i get it, it's like people from abroad who love mexican bands (and cinema) that i hate, maybe they can appreciate it more since they are not bombarded with it and morons who are into it mostly everyday everywhere.
i'm seeing kreator at the end of the month!!!! |
classic rock fans. Chances are the only band they listen to NOT from the 60's or 70's is Nirvana

buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuurn. (are you going to let him say that, gmku?) |

I kind of agree with this, in part. Especially for certain bands. Quiet bands. But then I like a natter with my pint. Not all live shows are a social thing, some of them are an art [coughs] thing. But I like music for the social thing, which is why I go to more jazz shows than anything else, because you can have a pint, a natter, dip in and out of the music and don't get anyone frowning. Edit: Obviously, by jazz shows I mean people playing jazz in the corner of a pub rather than Ronnie 'I have no atmosphere' Scotts. |
i took 3 vicadin last night and made music.
and since i mentioned mindless self indulgence, i found out that their hot bass player married that my chemical romance fag last week. fitting. |
Tokyo Hotel. ARRRR.....
|
Quote:
Which 'fag' would that be? |

there were a couple of groups of drunk teenagers just being annoying running around and shouting their conversations at each other, constantly pushing back and forth through the crowd so they could talk to each other. behaving like children basically. also there were these two guys at the bar who were really high and being annoying, and eventually they were made to leave. anyway, that was the third time i saw sunn o))) and the other two times the crowd was fine. |
the cure.
and then those metalhead fans, you know the type, the ones that only know like 10 heavy metal bands and label themselves as metal; like you know, ac/dc, led zeppelin, black sabbath, pantera..... those guys annoy the fuck out of me. |
