nic: i reccomend emailing the sun-cult.com guy. he'll respond to you in like 5 minutes.

dr. eugene: you can email the sun-cult.com dude, it should only cost like $8-10 and you can send check, money order, or whatever. i'd send you a copy from my collection but i only have a few right now, and i need them for a screening i'm doing april 30th. i am assuming they'll all be gone after that but if i have any left i'd send away.

Dr. Eugene Felikson 03.04.2010 03:20 PM

thanks

atsonicpark 03.10.2010 09:29 PM

hah EXCELLENT!
What is that? Did you make that?

Dr. Eugene Felikson 03.10.2010 11:05 PM

Yeah, it's me opening up my DVD package, while listening to Deicide.

atsonicpark 03.11.2010 01:28 AM

cool, do you care if i throw it in my new film? i'LL credit you.

You're getting pretty good with Movie Maker man. I fucking hated that program.

atsonicpark 03.11.2010 11:09 PM

oh yeah dude, mspaint and movie maker forever! also virtualdub.. I find the simplest programs are the best. I record all my music in cool edit pro (windows 95 version) and sound recorder too. I hate all the complicated programs... just a bunch of fancy fucking effects you can still approximate in the programs I use, but without being so obvious about it.

My new film is going to be my masterpiece. I'm going to sell them personally through my site, probably throw on another interview type thing. Might sell em for about $6 a pop, doesn't sound too bad.

Dr. Eugene Felikson 03.11.2010 11:19 PM

Will it come in a snazzy case like MMAMTE did? It looks so cool between Me, Myself, and Irene and Misery on my shelf.

atsonicpark 03.11.2010 11:53 PM

haha, no, no it won't, not if I do it myself.

That guy did do an amazing job on it, didn't he? Feel free to burn it for friends and shit of course.

BLAZE THE POT SMOKING DEER got accepted to the 8th annual noise! festival.

MIRRORS FACING MIRRORS will be playing at the Chicago Art Institute this summer.

NO REASON TO EXIST will (probably) be playing the Nihilist Film Festival this September. I think that's in New York.

April 30th in Bloomington Indiana, I am personally screening 3 films.

More screenings soon...

...Since each part of my new film resembles distinctly different episodes, variations on the same theme, I am going to try to post a new "part" weekly. I am not actually finished with the film yet (I've finished all the parts except for a part I need to film after my April 30th screening). But enjoy part 1...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fLT_pThVanU

I will be producing physical copies when this whole thing is finished. I will give good friends/supports/contributors free megaupload links, but I will charge $1 to anyone else who wants a high quality avi version of this. I will charge $5 for an actual copy. But that's later. Enjoy!

atsonicpark 04.15.2010 10:06 PM

FreshChops 05.02.2010 11:08 PM

...I watched pt. 3 & 4 - what a collage of editing and styles, NICE... Insane skills! What are you doing your editing in?

atsonicpark 05.03.2010 01:18 AM

Thanks man! The last part should be done real soon.

I do all my editing in VirtualDub, which is a 2.63mb freeware program :)

Dr. Eugene Felikson 05.03.2010 01:47 AM

cool thx!!!
new? cause of "untitled"

atsonicpark 05.04.2010 10:10 AM

yeah it's my new film, currently untitled.

thanks!!

atsonicpark 05.07.2010 01:27 AM

currently untitled has got me the best reviews of my career!! all kinds of "this is the best film of 2010", "this is one of the coolest experimental films ever", etc.

the best was this guy on surrealmoviez...
suicidepuppet on May 06 2010 16:43:39
Once again Adam Cooley proves he is the best experimental film maker working today. The more I watch his films the more I see. They become like a giant Rorschach painting, as styles and sound change at an almost incomprehensible rate ,he weaves a work of the world of the 21st century.

If you are looking to see where the outermost edge of modern film making goes look no further - You are staring right into the heart of it.

shabbray2.0 05.07.2010 09:41 AM

where did you send it to receive those reviews?
just youtube?

Dr. Eugene Felikson 05.07.2010 09:43 AM

That review from that guy on SM is killer. I agree wholeheartedly.

People say this kind of shit about you all the time, that's makes it so hard for me to understand why you don't want to take care of your health. Sorry to come down on you but obviously we don't want to loose you.

atsonicpark 05.12.2010 03:18 AM

Wow. The response to my new film has been overwhelming. People on surrealmoviez, karagarga, and cinemageddon all telling me things like "this is one of the greatest experimental films ever", "this is one of the best no budget films ever", etc. I have gotten personal emails from 7 or 8 people. I had a guy who I had a falling out with, who checked out my film, and said "let's be friends again because currently untitled is so good!"

Wow.. thanks everyone!
