now you are the only one left to know
what 2012 experience is .....

for me so far in the modern world of technology

gast30 02.26.2012 03:04 PM

sunday or no sunday
there is always time to slap a beat

EVOLghost 02.26.2012 03:04 PM

Or time to slap my meat.

gast30 02.26.2012 03:13 PM

i thought a doctor did that when you were just born
a slap on your ass
and one day when you are very old
god himself will come down and give you a last slap out of this world

gast30 02.26.2012 03:15 PM

i think god would have find dificulties finding me
since i'm excommunicated by the world ( for 20 years < really happend )

gmku 02.26.2012 03:43 PM

hand in han in a violent live
making love on the edge of a knife
and it's hard to find myself: making bread
again on a sunday afternoon but there i am
sacrificing myself : the cause
of sustenance; is this what it all means
is the stereo too loud
is the sky too blue
might as well ask what you mean > me

gast30 02.26.2012 04:05 PM

gast30 02.26.2012 04:32 PM

well i don't need ghost hunters / paranormal believers to explain what is happening
i can always say
the sound is from the mouse

now on tv there is a show of paranormal people that chekout old houses for spirits and things
it's the sadest thing i have seen today on tv
what a waste
a person is working late at night and hears sounds coming from the basements
then they make a discovery in the basement that the chairs are trown down ?????

like ghosts can trow with chair
what a waste of program making
on this as tv food

gast30 02.26.2012 04:38 PM

that's a good idea cake

gmku 02.26.2012 04:38 PM

there is much on tv that is sad
sad because there is no purpose
and i am glad
to have given up the tv 2 years ago
"keep you doped with religion, and sex, and tv..."

i dream of john in the night
john is alive and well, and yoko his true love is beside him

gast30 02.26.2012 04:44 PM

fightclub is on eurosport
kick box/cagefight thing

president putin is also there

gast30 02.26.2012 04:47 PM

john is cool

gmku 02.26.2012 04:50 PM

john is a hero too
one of the last
heroes, truly

there are days i really miss him, other days
i think, huh just a pop star
but on the days i really miss him, i think
of his incredible dakota days when he hunkered down
of his incredible pob recordings
when he bared himself and screamed
and was just himself just himself

gast30 02.26.2012 04:58 PM

also a docu on dutch tv about putin
he will be back persident for second time
there was a fair election opposition on the street
to let their vioce heard

gast30 02.26.2012 05:12 PM

quick chek for mails from girls
be right back

gast30 02.26.2012 05:13 PM

no mail so far

learning how to make bread. Yesterday's loaf was very good. I've got the basics down.

Today's recipe, I replaced the water with whole milk (organic, of course). Oven time begins about an hour from now.

GF and I probably will eat no more store-bought bread. If I can get a couple of loaves done over the weekend, we'll have enough for the week.

toroloco, try the no-knead bread recipe, it's a no-brainer. and it's really tasty. 3 ingredients.

i hope you're using king arthur (employee-owned) bread flour, cuz it rules.

for the recipe, google it-- 1st appeared in the NYT and it's been modded since.

gmku 02.26.2012 07:26 PM

Thanks, I'll take a look.

There's something very satisfying about creating this stuff for yourself, you know.

Dood Gast. Mice are sly motherfuckers.

I've seen some crazy shit. Fuckin' placed traps everywhere around a pallet of avocados....and they still go to 'em.

Crossword puzzles, and reading. Any kind of reading. But reading on a regular basis, something in print, not online. Those things will help ward off the oldtimers disease.

Though they say listening to music, really intentionally listening, helps too.

Things that work against all this, of course, are drugs. So you might have to make some life decisions.

gast30 02.26.2012 08:15 PM

what i don't have to forget is to practice how to forget about everthing
before i'm an altzheimer
i wanna be good at
can't wait how it's feel to not be able to remember even your name
how free is that

Do you play an instrument. They say that also helps.

years ago i seen proof that meditation helps to stop the shrink of the brain
this starts aroun 50-70 depending how you lived your life ofcourse
so the brains start to shrink in volume
people that meditate have a steady brain volume

so if you old people
tell them that meditations helps to keep the brain in volume

+ it cost nothing
ZIP

me
i'm more used to zen
spend a lot of time outdoor in nature and stuff
good enough for me

gmku 02.26.2012 08:27 PM

I'm on the east coast.

There's one thing I will never do for you--I will never go to Utah.
