I have always thought SY doesn´t have anything against bootlegs. In some interview they just asked bootleg makers send them copy.

I'm near certain they don't really care, and for that we should all be glad. Those live shows often offer extended noisy outros and all sorts of goodies ya sometimes don't get on the records, plus I always appreciated the in-between song banter.

I know sy dont seem to care about bootlegs, but i like to know if i am buying an official release or not.

i think we can presume that it's not official or semi-official. that FM recording has circulated and used to be on utkonos. the label that is releasing the record has a whole catalog of radio broadcasts pressed to vinyl.
