I think we better put this in here with all the others.

Harding's galsses look shit. I think dark clothes work better in summer. Actually they work better all year round.

Also notice how harding is clearly really posing whereas Roberts looks quite relaxed and friendly. It's much more appealing.

AND Roberts has the practicality and modesty to wear (stylish) wellies whereas Harding is a stupid pratt and is wearing boots to a festival which is a big no no. You need wellies incase of mud, Harding!

Can't say I'm too happy with this discovery. Still, so long as she's happy. Besides, he might be a member of Skullflower.

Lurker 02.22.2009 09:03 PM

What!? He looks like a boring meathead. How did he get her!? This is an outrage!

But yes, you're right, he might have a great personality or be a member of Skullflower.

Yeah, Harding is clearly out of her comfort zone while Roberts seems completely at ease with the situation. I bet Harding was slagging her off royally to Cole, Coyle and Walsh later that night.

Still quite upsetting even so. I hope he's gentle with her, that's all.

Ha ha, this thread really is just a masturbation party for you two huh?!

Lurker 02.22.2009 09:08 PM

Hmm quite. Remember the tortoise and the hare. Roberts is the tortoise, slow but ultimately more successful, Cole, Coyle, Walsh and Harding are the hares. How brilliantly Roberts is dressed and her relaxed but strong demeanour whereas Harding looks out of place is evidenc for this.

Yes, but a masturbation party that feminists have no problem with.

Because we respect her. We love her for who she is as well as her physical appearance. We admire her womanly stregth.

Lurker 02.22.2009 09:12 PM

Right I'm going to bed now. Goodnight.

NEVER! I don't think I could ever bring myself to masturbate thinking of Roberts. It just wouldn't seem right. The possibility of holding hands in the Croydon branch of HMV while looking through the Amon Duul section together is all i ask.

Awwwww... If I ever meet her, which I won't, I'll try and sort that out for you.

The only time I ever hear about Girls Aloud is on Nevermind the Buzzcocks, and I'm the only American I know who watches that show. Are they like the British Miley Cyrus(es)?

demonrail666 02.22.2009 10:14 PM

Not really, at least in terms of music. Girls Aloud don't really 'Rock out' in the way Cyrus sometimes does. With the Alouds its more Disco-Pop in cocktail dresses, with an occasional hint of stocking top. Although in the case of Roberts solo stuff it's more Throbbing Gristle with an occasional hint of Ruins.

They are the British equivalent of Girls Aloud. America doesn't really do pop groups very well. Having said that, we don't either, until now. Think Pet Shop Boys and all things good.
