Cooke some orange peppers tonight, stuffed with lots of mozzerella, mushrooms and courgette. Mmmm.

A friend has given us some lovely sheep-milk cheese.

total-trash 07.31.2007 02:06 PM

blue cheese and brie

jon boy 07.31.2007 02:06 PM

i really cant get into mozarella, it doesnt taste of anything and is really fattening. i like a good strong flavoured cheese.

i once had some cheddar with onion around the outside and it made my eyes water it was so strong.

Hip Priest 07.31.2007 02:18 PM

It's true that mozzerella tastes of almost nothing, but it becomes rather a tasty and pleasant thing when cooked.

jon boy 07.31.2007 02:19 PM

i have started to worship at the altar of halume.

Hip Priest 07.31.2007 02:23 PM

That's a sheep-milk thing, isn't it?

jon boy 07.31.2007 02:30 PM

i am not sure, all i know is that its delicious and good in salads and with stir fries. really a big fan of salads with a warm ingrediant.

pbradley 07.31.2007 02:31 PM

I have the rest of this goat cheese but no crackers to eat it with! Foul fate!

No problem. Put it on some slices of red pepper, sprinkle it with some black pepper or fresh herbs and grill it for a minute or two.

pbradley 07.31.2007 02:35 PM

I have none of that.

total-trash 07.31.2007 02:35 PM

this thread has made me want to make mozzerella sticks.

Shame. What about tortillas? You could make a pretty impressive quesadilla with some good goats cheese, I reckon.

jon boy 07.31.2007 02:42 PM

i had a very nice buritto in san francisco with some lovely cheese in it. got it from some place on mission near where all the banks and stuff are.

pbradley 07.31.2007 02:45 PM

Problem solved. One half of a sourdough roll with the inner fluff carved out. Tastey toughness with goat cheese goodness.

And I think I've been to that burrito place. Drunk. Of course, I could b wrong. Like I said, I was drunk.

jon boy 07.31.2007 02:49 PM

thats alright i was out of my mind anyway, seemed to fit in on mission.

pbradley 07.31.2007 03:04 PM

Ah, the absolute pleasure of finding a burrito place in a wandering drunk stupor.

jon boy 07.31.2007 03:06 PM

not as good as falafel or fish n chips haha.
