i wouldn't argue with that. they just happen to be extremely pleasing to my ears.
|
Oh, don't get me wrong, I think their great stuff is really great. I'll never deny that. "You Made Me Realize" is really mindblowing, for example.
|
I'm currently reimporting radiohead onto my ipod.
what's next?? :( gawd, please let it be anything but the smashing pumpkins. |
^ You just gave me another one to put, haha.
Smashing Pumpkins have a couple good albums. |

I can't help but feel that you'll love the Darling Buds' Crawdaddy. In fact, why don't you listen to it and report back? |
I dislike most recent indie music.
Grunge is my favorite era of music. I think Hole is a good band. |
riot act was the best pearl jam album in the past 10 years.
the last album, "pearl jam," was their weakest. |

With the possible exception of Adore and Machina I, Smashing Pumpkins have all good albums. Blonde Redhead is (possibly) the best trio of all time The Grateful Dead make me want to vomit, and not just because I ate too much blot. |
Oh! I didn't see the Pearl Jam hate before.
I'd rather be be punched in the balls by a Taiwanese kickboxing midget than listen to Pearl Jam ever again. |
Adore is the best Smashing Pumpkins album.
|
Pavement are boring.

actually early pavement is alright Quote:
pretty on the inside particularly...i still have heard few people sing with such genuine rage fantastic noisy guitaring on that album |
Yes, Pavement are boring.
Also Dino Jr. have recorded some excellent material but have a tendency to sound quite same(y), same with the Acid Mothers Temple crew. Lil' Wayne is a shit MC that has been over-hyped consistently for the past five or six years. If you're gonna listen to that style shit, might as well throw on some O.J the Juice or Gucci Mane (not that I like either of those two guys a whole lot, but at least Gucci has a Bart Simpson diamond medallion). |
I rescind my trio statement about Blonde Redhead because I remember Cream was a trio too.
|
Meeting People Is Easy is an awesome rockumentary.
|
Yeah, it's also hilarious. I watched it stoned one time and was laughing my ass off at Thom Yorke whining like a baby.
|
something i can't find
now out of date no matter what you do don't you ever it them away a heart inside the bowl with regurgitated brains we hide behind a broken rainbow waiting for the rain to fade deja vu sounds like something not true but i think i have seen it with you i am sure i've never been here before because those locked doors now rot on the floor hide away at the shooting range where the kids play in their dead faces we hide and feeling no pain where the trash drained it's where we feel like us |
this is the greatest song ever written:
