the day before yesterday while at previously said shitty cafe, I was wearing my "I <3 NY" t shirt.. which resulted in a 10 minute conversation with guy behind counter about how much he loves NY and central park, and all the good bands and art there.. and why I'd love to visit more places but cannot do long distance plane travel.. and etcetcetcetc.

about 55 to 60 m2.
in Bratislava, somewhere in suburbs, where it's nice and quiet.
I want to return back to my hometown at some point in the future, so this would be just a temporary solution (buy and sell).
