I am smoking a pack a day, and after testing my lung about asthma 2 years ago, my docs said that I still got 120% of the average lung volume, if I wouldnt smoke maybe around 140 - 150%...

i rarely buy things in the moning, unless it's the weekend. i stay put at home until lunch time. every morning i look at this thread and i come up empty-handed.

I had to buy some stuff today--vitamins, gauze pads, thank you cards, half-and-half, and a Heath candy bar. I also paid my co-pay at the doctor's office. And went through about 5 bucks worth of gas for the trip out and back.

paid for lunchs, drinks and coffees, "borrowed" tobacco and magazines.
that's pretty much all the material exchanges i've made today.
