To the two numpties noumenal and !@"$etc": think of the board as being like the outside world. I doubt that all the conversations you have in your everyday life are deep and meaningful. You get to know people through conversation, and part of this involves what can be perceived as inanities if you're not a part of it.

So be a part of it or fuck off.

eh! sure! i'm being a part of it by fucking with people. is that not a valid way to relate in the real world? i'm sure you find bitter, cranky assholes everywhere, interfering with the prances of fools-- so why not here too? :D

(numpties? HA! don't provoke me...) :p

Postage stamps and spring vegetable flavour instant soup.

I love living in a capitalist consumerist society.

porkmarras 01.22.2007 11:21 AM

I'll be doing some shopping after work. Are we allowed to post shopping lists too?

sonicl 01.22.2007 11:23 AM

I think shopping lists should have a new thread.

porkmarras 01.22.2007 11:24 AM

Go on!Start one!

sonicl 01.22.2007 11:28 AM

I don't have a shopping list right now, I did my weekly shop yesterday.

And watch #$%^&'s opression against the system. AGAINST the machine! Against this materialistic society that we live in. But I wholeheartedly agree on the idea.

I've been really cutting down on expenses lately. I spent a good $500 on CSS/XHTML/Production Design books already and I have more to buy on Flash animation (a good $150.00CAD). After being exposed to films such as Hotel Rwanda, I feel so guilty to have my room as a personal recording studio, own a nice computer, over 200 CD's and 50 Records, etc... Now all I really buy is school-related stuff, coffee, buss pass and cigars.

ha ha, porkie, thanks, so many thanks, we'd be lost without you in this place.

sonicl 01.22.2007 11:35 AM

This weeks' was actually a fairly revolutionary shopping trip for me, as I sat down beforehand and planned our meals for the week so that I only bought what was needed, rather than buying a load of random ingredients and wondering what I was going to cook with them later.

I bought two rolls of toilet paper.
