The forthcoming release I'm totally buying is Gang Gang Dance's Saint Dymphna, out October 22nd - can't wait to hear it

Syrfox, quit holding out on me! I want to hear some obscure stuff!! I'd reccomend Runner's Four as far as Deerhoof goes. They're one of those bands that isn't amazing but they're good enough where everyone on here likes them so it's easy to get the impression they're amazing... the new Deerhoof is decent. It's got some great songs on it, some not so great songs on it. Nothing mindblowing. Probably is a good place to start.

Haha, I'm not really into super obscure stuff, at least not obscure for you I guess :D (except the techno stuff and french stuff I bet...)
