JAMC on Letterman- sucked
 

They played quite possibly the worst song they ever wrote. The backing band sucked too. I don't know who is playing drums for them, but it really isn't working.

What track did they play?

actually, i thought they were alright, exactly what i expected, i didn't expect them to move at all; i was disappointed with the song choice as i wanted to hear something from psychocandy and with more distortion but oh well.

i don't get to see good bands on tv at all so i enjoyed it.

ugh, the riff was so fucking lame and then I thought I heard something start sounding like the "chinaman" diddy

Didn't see the Letterman show, but I heard that Lol from Ride is playing drums for them on this tour.

The song is a new one called "All Things Must Pass." It's not a cover of the George Harrison song.
I think it's pretty good; so did Letterman.

Scarlett Johansen sang back-up for them at Coachella. EW had a picture and blurb last week.

I just think that it is an incredibly boring song. The lead guitar part reminds me of those shitty cartoons they used to make in the 60s.

Enough Scarlett bashing. Not only is she fucking beautiful to no end, she likes some good music, apparently.

The song was mediocre at best. (What else would you expect though, right?) Really boring riff(s). And I'm with Evrynewrawtick, I was hoping for some killer distortion.

I think her backup vocals were fine.
