that blurb on the bottom of the news page where it says that "wooten is a substance free dorm" is ridiculous legal mumbo jumbop. EVRY DORM is a substance free dorm! Pooor guy though. wasd he just screwing around? I know we did that on the south tower dorm in U of H.

This is not to understimate/lessen your pain/sadness, but I was thinking about this thing last week, you are a pretty "extroverted" kind of guy and you probably know a lot of people. From a purely statistic pov this increases the chances of death of people you know. Hope you'll get what I mean.

This is the second time this exact thing (falling off of dorm balconies) has happened at the U of T in the last year. Glad I never lived in those dorms. I'm all about dangling from absurd heights.

if youre paranoid about death you gotta stop driving drunk and getting in the cars of drunk drivers. even if you weren't paranoid i'd tell you this. i notice a lot of the "accidents" you've been posting about involved booze and cars, and probably a lot of other shit too.

as someone who before the age of 21 managed to total 6 or 7 cars, i gotta tell you not to do the stupid shit i did. unfair, huh? i was lucky i didn't kill anyone. a friend of mine did-- but he was a bit of a sociopathic asshole and lied to the judge. different country, different rules, but really, ease up on the drunken nascar.

anyway. i wish you the best. but seriously, good wishes are not enough-- you're not even of drinking age and you & your friends are hitting stop signs. consider that shit a warning...
