Sorry, no idea. But later period, 90's on, Gabriel, is what it sounds like to me. Wow, he's been around a long time.

did a search on google for Peter Gabriel and some of the lyrics from the clip, and found nothing. Looked through songs from his albums from 1990's onwards on itunes and none of them are the song either.

It does sound like Peter Gabriel, but now i don't think that it is.

But someone on here has to know what it is!!

I tried asking Shazam but it said it wasn't loud enough throught he speakers.

Do what you did with the lyrics but on their own, not with Garbiel written .i'm guessing you've done that already.

I think its a dead end, i don't think i will ever find out who it is.
The song is played over the end credits of this daria video.

man you really wanna know huh? i know yr pain though... i remember it once took me from middle school up too about 2 months ago (i'm 27 now!) to figure out a certain song. turned out it was policy of truth by depeche mode. can't stand that band but i love that song.
