45s are a pain in the ass

!@#$%! 04.03.2008 03:56 PM

LPs, you dont have to stand up every 3 minutes

Disgruntled Youth 04.03.2008 03:59 PM

45's are nice little records though plus you can cut away some garbage on those lp's plus the sound of a 45 is thunder.

45s that are the size of LPs. Like the PiL Metal Box. The sound is awesome.

I agree w/ this sentiment. The only problem I have w/ any other size than 12" is cueing the needle to the lead in track. You miss that, & it's hell for yr needle.

33"? penis enlargement pills?

i love them all, music is music and all have their artistic appeal.

also, people can screw up and make ugly twelve-inchers as easy as ugly seven-inches.

Rob Instigator 04.03.2008 04:20 PM

I love them all!

I g
have a stackable turntable and I can put up to 8 7" singles in at a time and just rock out for half an hour. great stuff

I had one of them. Looked something like this:

many turntable platters have a deep set groove in the middle of their platter so if your needle/stylus goes off a 7" or a 10" vinyl it will sit on that groove with the needle safe from harm.

Um, I think you may be using them incorrectly.

gmku 04.03.2008 04:37 PM

I hate that you have to use an adapter for the spindle. What's up with that? In most cases. Some of my 45s have a regular small spindle hole.

marleypumpkin 04.03.2008 04:38 PM

Can I get a little A-Men on the issue of longer lengths for the lead in track for 7 & 10"? I have MELVINS' 5" Flipper tribute single, & the lead in track is literally as small, or smaller than 1/2".
